As a member of the amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative (amfori BSCI), we can systematically review and promote labor and social standards in our supply chain. Among other things, we demand independent social audits of all our suppliers. When working with a supplier, we require them to meet certain criteria with regard to the implementation of labor and social standards. This applies to both existing and new suppliers.

The principles of the BSCI Code of Conduct are based on international standards such as the ILO Core Labor Standards. For amfori members and participating companies, a wide range of training courses are available on the content of the Code of Conduct and the ways to implement it. Suppliers are also assisted with the implementation of improvement measures. In this way, labor and social standards in the supply chain are improved continuously.

We support an international school class of the JAAGO Foundation in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Together with our partner ZXY, we cover the costs of schoolbooks, the classroom, school materials, packed lunches, and school uniforms. We also ensure basic medical care is provided, and lessons by qualified teaching staff.

We also support the Childaid Network Foundation's charity sale by regularly donating clothes. The foundation uses the proceeds from the sale to support children's homes in Assam, North India.
