There are two ways to find products in the BRAX online store:
Browse the store using the menu items "Women" or "Men."
Enter a specific style (e.g., "Cooper"), an item number (e.g., "80-3000"), or a product category (e.g., "cardigan," "jeans," etc.) in the search field.
The results are displayed as a list with the product image, a short description, and the price. If no results are found, then modify your search term.
If an item is no longer available online, you can call our customer service free of charge to find out if the item is available in a nearby retail store.
The BRAX online store is divided into two sections: men's fashion and women's fashion.
By clicking on "Men," you will access the items of BRAX Feel Good and Eurex by BRAX.
If you click on "Women," you will be taken to BRAX Feel Good Women.
You can always return to the home page by clicking on the "BRAX Feel Good" logo on top in the middle.
Our fit guide can help you find a specific fit in the BRAX online store. This guide can be found in the overview of each item.

No, there is no minimum amount for orders placed in the BRAX online store.
Yes. Your shopping cart value may not exceed $790. If your shopping cart exceeds this amount, please separate your order into multiple orders.
No, only the prices that are listed at the time of the order apply. We do not offer refunds for prices that drop after your order.
The BRAX online shop (www.brax.com) delivers to the USA. Orders may only be placed by persons of legal age with a home address in the USA.
Delivery is only possible in the USA.
We want to be more responsible with how we use resources, which is why there is a delivery charge of $9.95 for all online orders from BRAX.
This allows us to use resources such as transport and packaging sustainably.
We will cover the cost of any returns.
As a BRAXCLUB Premium customer, you will not be charged delivery on any online orders.
We will cover the shipping for orders returned within 30 days.
In the USA, we use UPS. We also offer free returns via UPS.
Simply give your return package to a UPS driver.
Online returns cannot be returned to our specialist retail partners.
For technical reasons, it is not possible to order new items while returning goods. Please do not add a new order to (or request an exchange via) your return package. Instead, feel free to place a new order in our online store, which is available around the clock (24/7) for your convenience.
Unfortunately, we do not have spare parts in stock. Replacement buttons can sometimes be found on the inside labels of our garments.
Please allow up to 10 working days for processing after dropping off the parcel.
Your refund will be credited to the payment method that was originally selected. When paying by bank card, the refund may take a little longer depending on the financial institution.
The BRAXCLUB card is valid in all participating BRAX stores and in the BRAX online store.

We have therefore established sustainability firmly in our foundations.
Our customer needs to be able to rely on compliance with social and environmental standards in the production of our clothes.
Together with experts from science and industry to engage in the continuous improvement of our social and environmental standards as well as the grandual conversion to sustainable materials, such as responsibly produced cotton and environmentally friendly production processes.
With the expansion of our Blue Planet collections, Blue Planet has become a metalabel for our sustainable products and will become a standard in 2030 of all BRAX products. Furthermore, we are also pursuing the goal of making our supply chain even more transparent.
We already joined the amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative (amfori BSCI) as early as 2008 to be able to approach safeguarding fair labour conditions more systematically. Since 2018, we have also been involved in the German Network Committee and in thematically structured project groups organized by amfori. Our aim here is to drive forward positive changes in the supply chain even more emphatically. We support our production partners in implementing our requirements and in complying with our principles and values – we are personally involved, and we take local action. We also carry out regular internal and external audits.
Since 2019 we also joined the amfori Business Environmental Performance Initiative (amfori BEPI) with the objective of driving forward environmental protection in supply chains - including in production countries where production processes make intensive use of chemicals.
Although our product range is becoming increasingly broader, we keep the number of our producers as low as possible, currently there are about 70 companies. Regardless of the country of production, our focus is always on establishing strategic and long-term cooperation for production – naturally in compliance with social and environmental standards.
In 2020, BRAX products were produced in Europe, Turkey, North Africa and in Asia, with the major part being in Eastern Europe, Turkey and North Africa. Bangladesh is included in Asia with a share of 6%. It is one of the most important sourcing counties for the German Fashion and Textile Industry with professional partners who comply to our standard for quality, fit and style.
In each of our products, you will find a reference to the country of origin on the care label, known as the “Made in” label, from which the country of production can be identified.
We are committed to the concept of a recycling economy for our clothes hangers made of plastic. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to completely eliminate the use of packaging material, so we are increasingly relying on recycled polybags. In the area of paper-based elements (hangtags, pocket patches, etc.) we are gradually transferring to more sustainable alternatives such as paper sourced from responsibly managed forestry.
With the implementation of our umbrella brand “Blue Planet”, we are labelling more and mor products with officially recognized standards, seals of approval or certifications. Furthermore, with the view to recycled materials we have joined the SEAQUAL INITIATIVE. The SEAQAL INITIATIVE sets up and organises cooperative ventures between industry, NGOs, fishermen, local communities, and local and national authorities. The objective is to create an infrastructure for generating added value from marine waste. By manufacturing sustainable products from SEAQUAL® yarn, the initiative also contributes to removing marine waste from the oceans. The yarn contains treated marine plastic and material from plastic bottles. The fabric is traceable and certified. However, we also make use of other sustainable fibres and processes without currently advertising them with a seal of approval, only as Eco Yarn.
Yes, we still use animal products, but the proportion in our collections is becoming increasingly smaller. For example, a few years ago we started substituting down jackets with “ZERO DOWN”. Our company takes the protection of animal welfare very seriously and strongly condemns all forms of cruelty of animal of animal. In 2020, we therefore decided to join the FUR FREE Retailer Programm (FFRP) so as to give a clear signal that we support more sustainability and animal protection, while at the same time emphasising our longstanding commitment to entirely rejecting the use of any form of genuine fur pelt in our products. Meanwhile, we are also grandually converting our leather labels to vegan alternatives.
