TERMS OF USE FOR Brax GIFT CARD

By purchasing the Brax Gift Card and presenting the Brax Gift Card for payment, you accept the following terms of use for the Brax Gift Card:
The issuer of the Brax Gift Card is BRAX Store GmbH & Co. KG, Wittekindstraße 16, 32051 Herford, Germany.

The initial load and any reloads can be made at any Brax Store or Factory Outlet Center. The maximum reloadable amount is 300.00 EUR. The balance on the Brax Gift Card may be applied in full or in part toward purchases at all participating Brax Stores, Factory Outlet Centers, and the Brax Online Shop (www.brax.com). Cash redemption of the balance or any portion thereof is not permitted. The balance does not accrue interest. The Gift Card is valid for 4 years from the date of the last load. Balance inquiries can be made at any time at our Brax Stores, Factory Outlet Centers, or in the Brax Online Shop at www.brax.com/geschenkkarte. In the event of a lawful cancellation, exchange, or other return, any refund amount will be credited back to the Brax Gift Card in the amount used for payment. This does not include claims for exchange or refund of the purchase price due to warranty rights. The person presenting the Brax Gift Card is considered the authorized holder.

BRAX Store GmbH & Co. KG or the participating stores assume no liability for the card balance, particularly in cases of loss, illegibility, theft, or misuse. Card blocking is not possible.

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
